Southern Four Cylinder Mod 4

The purpose of this page is to promote a class of race cars that is affordable and still competitive and appealing to the the race fans.

The Mod 4 also called Pro 4, T4 and F4 modified is basically a modified slightly scaled down and running a basically stock 4 cylinder engine. They must have a stock bottom end and pull 12 inches of vacuum at 1200 rpm. Tires must be a DOT minimum 360 tread wear or a Legend pull off tire.
