I can honestly say I’ve been doing this for a while now, and every year I learn something new. Whether it’s fine-tuning, staging, working with people, or improving operations—there’s always room to grow.

One thing I’ve learned is this: when you write the vision and make it plain, and you follow God’s direction instead of your own, you don’t have to keep going back to square one. Every year becomes another opportunity to build on the foundation He’s already laid.

I’m so proud of this cast and team. Whether this is your first year or your third, thank you for trusting the process and growing together.
