Wichita Saints Volleyball Club

It was a great year and they finished by winning 2nd place in gold!! And a future Saints player was a good luck charm this tournament!

This year we only have a 17s team and it was great to see them playing so well yesterday! We walked away with 1st in the silver bracket!!

12s and 15s finished their seasons last weekend in Hutch! Our 12s got second after a very close Championship battle. 15s got 3rd, playing with only 6 girls!! We had some great seasons! 16s finish up in Tulsa this weekend.

We had a fun week last week with our mini-me practice! Our 15s and 16s players came to help our 12’s! Then Coach Mo did a jump serving clinic and had some Newman players demonstrate! Our 16s team fought hard at the Keeper of the Plains tournament taking second in pool play but had a tough day Sunday!

After finishing first in pool our 15s ended up second yesterday!

16s fought hard last Saturday and ended up the highest ranked Select team in our tournament by tying for 3rd! 12’s made it to bracket as 3rd in pool play!!

We had a great Sat watching the 15s fight through some early struggles to win 1st in Silver!! And we sure enjoy some of the great people we get to know through volleyball at other clubs!

God works all for good is our theme for the year, based on Romans 8:28 for all 3 teams, 12s, 15s and 16s! We have been digging deep to figure out how to learn from our mistakes and view them as opportunities! Starting our tournaments with prayer helps! Sometimes its a roller coaster but these girls are building character and each other up!

It didn’t end the way we hoped but they played SO hard for Coach Amy and Coach Riley!! We were blessed to be there to cheer them on! We ❤️ those inspirational coaches!!
