There will be no Karate classes tonight 3-9-26. Mr. Tate has to work late tonight and is unable to make it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Youth sparring tonight will have an emphasis on the side kick both Offense and defense! We are going to work agility, timing and accuracy!

We had some of our Karate students bring home some Hardware from the Salt Lake Classic tournament in Hutchinson Kansas. We look forward to future tournaments!

We will be open and regular schedule tonight! Dress accordingly 😅🥶

No classes Monday January 26. We will evaluate tomorrow to see if we are back to normal operation.
