School volleyball is in session and these fun friends got to see each other across the net yesterday!

We hosted our annual Serve-a-thon on 8/23. As always, it was nice to see people in the gym and taking on some friendly competition to see how many serves they could get over & in during the 1 minute burst.

Athletes participating in the Serve-a-Thon will serve as many balls as they can in 1 minute. Sponsors can pledge a flat amount or an amount per serve. Go to www.ksrisevbc.com/in-season to download the pledge sheet.

You do not have to raise money to participate. Just come hang out, have some fun, and help us kick off another season together!

4 Open Gyms left!

Come play with us Tuesday/Thursday this week and next at the Forum. $5 for all!

Open gym is mostly game play with skill instruction from our coaches. We use specific focuses to break down skills and have athletes work to improve part of their game during play while not being overwhelmed with the volume of feedback.

Open Gym Focuses:
8/4 - Serving & Attacking
8/6 - Passing & Defense
8/11 - Setting & Out Of System
8/13 - All Skills
