Registration is OPEN!
The Heart of a Champion Co-ed invitational is proud to partner with the American Heart Association to help raise awareness, funds, and donations in support of heart health. This partnership gives our athletes, coaches, families and spectators the opportunity to be part of something bigger than gymnastics.
Throughout the event, HOC will help support the American Heart Association by encouraging donations and community involvement. The name Heart of a Champion represents more than athletic strength. It celebrates the courage, dedication, perseverance and the heart shown by every gymnast who competes. By partnering with the American Heart Association, we hope to honor that same spirit while supporting life-saving work that impacts families and communities everywhere.
Together, we can celebrate the heart of every champion while helping make a difference for heart health.

Father’s Day…
Today, we celebrate the dads, grandpas, stepdads, and father figures who show up day after day with unwavering love and support.
Thank you for the early morning drives, the late-night pickups, the countless hours spent in the stands, and the encouragement that helps our athletes believe in themselves. Whether you’re spotting handstands in the living room, cheering from the bleachers, or simply being a steady source of strength and love.
To all the fathers who help our athletes chase their dreams, overcome challenges, and grow into confident young men and women—we are grateful for you.
Happy Father’s Day from all of us at 316 Gymnastics Academy!
