Time for a sneak peak. I'm almost done with editing for my low-carb packet. Each packet will give you awesome recipes, specific shopping lists that correspond with 2 weeks of meal planning, as well as a macro break down of each meal. Bonus- there's a scannable code that will instantly track your calories and macros for you with the My Fitness Pal app. These will be offered as digital downloads or physical print. This packet is almost ready to go, will update once the high-protein packet is ready to launch as well! This is why I love doing what I do! This man hit a heavier set than he even though possible last week just by learning proper hip movement and positioning. When you work with a trainer, you're getting more than a workout plan, you're getting someone to help with postural correction and form, which will lead to more comfort in your day to day life, in addition to helping you get in shape. Keep up the awesome work!

Already an update. Once the customizing and production is completed, I'll have recipe packs available for either a high protein or low-carb centered diet. Not only will each have 50+ easy to follow recipes, it will give macronutrient and caloric breakdowns, weekly meal plans with accompanying shopping lists so there's no hassle of trying to sort that out on your own, and even a scannable code directly on the recipe to track your intake within the My Fitness Pal app. Keep your eyes open for more info!
