Get ready for a reel good time at our FREE Kids Fishing Derby on Saturday, September 12 from 9-11 a.m. at Idlewild Park! Kids ages 5 to 14 can cast their lines and compete for some awesome prizes while having fun on the water. With donuts for all guests and plenty of outdoor excitement, it's the perfect family event!

This free course, presented by Fidelity Bank, takes the complexity out of banking by educating attendees on selecting, opening, and maintaining different types of accounts to meet their financial needs.

National Night Out is TOMORROW, August 4, from 7-9 p.m. at Idlewild Park! Bring the whole family out for FREE hamburgers and hot dogs, fireworks, music, emergency vehicles for kids to see, vendors and raffles!

With summer feeding programs coming to a close, the Kansas Food Bank's Filling the Gap program is stepping in to feed Wichita area kids. They will be at the Oaklawn Activity Center on Monday, August 3 from 12-1 p.m. Any kids 18 & under can receive food, no registration required but each child must be present to pick up!
