United States Strongman Nationals 2026 is a wrap! 💪🏆

What an incredible weekend for Team Sturdy. We brought 11 athletes to Nationals, and 7 came home with medals. Even more impressive, we had one athlete crowned the Overall SHW National Champion!

🥉 Didi – 3rd (after one of the craziest tiebreakers we’ve ever seen!)

And a huge congratulations to Cat , who came in as a Lightweight SHW and not only won her class but took the Overall SHW National Championship and the $1,000 payout! 🏆💰

What makes this even more special is that the only other time a subclass athlete has taken the overall title was when our very own coach Mai accomplished the same feat in the Lightweight division.

To every athlete who stepped on the competition floor this weekend: we are incredibly proud of you. The medals are amazing, but the months of hard work, sacrifice, and dedication are what truly made this a success.

Team Sturdy showed up, showed out, and left its mark on Nationals. ❤️💪

This Saturday, 11 Team Sturdy athletes will step onto the competition floor at the Nationals in Cedar Rapids, Iowa!

Months of early mornings, late nights, heavy lifts, sore muscles, and relentless dedication have led to this moment. Every rep, every event, and every challenge has prepared these athletes for the national stage.

We couldn’t be more proud of the work you’ve put in and the way you represent our team, our gym, and our community. No matter what happens this weekend, you’ve already earned your place among the nation’s best.

🦖 Team Sturdy Athlete Lucasaurus is bringing the horsepower and looking to make some serious noise on competition day.

🐻 Big D Derek Derek Askren is proving once again that you can be a gentle giant and a fierce competitor at the same time.

🌎 And representing TopCrop on the international stage, Coach Austin “Thumbzilla” Austin Hamm has traveled all the way to Bukovel, Ukraine to compete at The Best Elite Sports Trophy.

The countless hours in the gym, the early mornings, the late nights, and the dedication to the process have all led to this moment. We are incredibly proud of each of you and honored to have you represent TopCrop Barbell.
