I have been a little quiet! My job at Trinity Hot Springs in Paradise is in full swing and I am learning so much!

I am so fortunate to have an abundance of work! Between managing the schedule at Through Breath Yoga, launching Emerald, and having the best full side gig ever working a dream job at a hot spring resort, I am living my dream.

I am still in Idaho and I am offering group and private sessions here at Trinity Hot Springs. Kundalini, Restorative, Sound, Yoga Nidra, Reiki and any combination of the mix are available here at the resort! Book me, Hope through Trinity Hot Springs and I will see you on the mat!

This weekend was a blast! I taught two classes with four people in each! Can’t really share photos cause I don’t have the right release, but happy happy joy joy! Tonight I hope to provide relief for a sweet heart who had a rough week! Doing my best at spreading the love and resonance of spirit.

Today was a great day! Started off with a Reiki and Sound session. 🎼

Got to work on chores after checking the temperature. It did get up to 100 today. The morning was nice. 🌡️

Got a Crow Bro, cohabitating and collaborating in the Crows nest living area. 🐦‍⬛ 🐦‍⬛

Got served homemade ice cream and this angel card I pulled was the little cherry on top to the end of a great day!🍦

I feel great. I am grateful for this time and this opportunity! Such an abundance of blessings on my big beautiful break! 💚

Here in the mountains I strive to serve the little community of Trinity Hot Springs near Featherville, ID and the little community that is Through Breath Yoga of Wichita, KS. I worked hard yesterday for Trinity and worked hard today for TBY. Someday I will work hard at having fun. Fun looks good on me.

Emerald, a passion project of mine lies sitting in the wait. I hope that I will find balance to grow this little sprout of mine. I want to jump right in, but when you are serving communities in established capacities, it can be difficult and it requires patience.

Someday I will pour my service into growth for Emerald, launch Emerald Holistic Events and private offerings. JOURNEY UPDATE:

I have settled into this little paradise and the people here are amazing! I am so blessed with a kind and compassionate team and the owner is generous, genuine, tempered and kind. ✨

I have been getting my daily practice back. A little of this and a little of that. Something that soothes a body that is used to mountains of computer work vs. mountains of laundry! 🥵

I am so lucky to have you and the Trinity Team! What a wonderful life. 🍀
