I started today with my favorite morning drink and began going over contracts, logistics and policy. I worked down to the wire making it just in time to set the space for class and open up for a new teacher. After taking her lovely class, I taught restorative yoga. Directly afterwards, Jennifer came in and held her beautiful pottery class! I made a few palo santo holders. I had a bizarre no-show for a private class. (Please be OK.) I am about to set up as I have one more class this evening.

Every once in a while in the midst of my busy day, I’ll make me a cup of tea and I’ll put my feet up right where I am It’s the way I give myself back a little bit of space and time. I have a feeling that when I get home this evening and I’m gonna open up that computer. I’m gonna go right back to work… or maybe bed. Definitely more tea….sleepy tea.

I hope, when I get to Trinity, I’ll be able to put some great things together. Get some special events on the calendar and do some really cool collaborations. Maybe even help a little studio that just can’t quite get the pieces together I don’t know but for now I’m gonna put my feet up I’m gonna drink my tea. I’m gonna wait for about 30 minutes and then I’m gonna clear my space with some reiki and focus on my people who are gonna come to my restorative yoga tonight.

Send my adaptogens some extra love. 💕 May they carry me through this busy season of my life.

I served 2 more Reiki +Sound clients today. It was very meaningful to hold two beautiful souls in my space. I love nurturing my community. One lady began crying. It was quite intense and I felt tears run down my cheeks immediately. The other I was able to sense energy needed to be moved down. Both needed held, seen, and treated to some peace. Both confirmed sensations. One released. One saw next steps to get there. Both are precious.

It is amazing to me how intuitive reiki is. I have taken to it as a duck does to water. It truly is making me more wild and more in tune with nature. It has given me another reason to dive deeper into eliminating things that take me out of my energy. Given me purpose in my community. It is always an honor to serve.
