Worked on a single transition and plugged it into the middle of this sequence. A little quarter flip or the one leg of catch perfectly placed :-) sure felt like she was in the air for longer than that but super happy with the new tool for our toolbox. Aisha K Seals

Progress and growth sometimes happens off the mat and then shows itself on game day. Thats what was going on today! Now that ending. I refuse to edit it out this time. Trying to execute so many moving parts often takes multiple attempts and failures. I love Acro because I get to experience that teamwork and focus and determination every session. This one made it past the chopping block because as you can see in the frustration of the end.....it literally lasted 3 seconds and we still got up and HI FIVED it because we didn't experience it as a failure but a success...🙏😀
