I didn’t say it… but my clients say it all the time and it stands to reason. “They” only work the joints. Don’t even touch the muscles that are pulling the joints out of wack. Oh well I’ll pick up the slack 😂🫶🫵

One hell of a weekend for StretchShops and the Legacy League! 💪🔥

Austin Hamm stepped onto the podium with a 3rd PLACE finish at the SCL competition in Lake City, Florida! Sitting eighth overall in the SCL standings, he’s got us excited about what comes next.
Eyes on World’s Strongest Man! 👀🌎

Meanwhile, back in Wichita, StretchShops was putting up BIG numbers at NPL Nationals.

Saturday: 18 bodywork sessions for men, women, and youth competitors.

Sunday: another 18 sessions. Just me. The Muscle Mechanic. Single-handedly. 💪

That’s 36 sessions across two days, helping powerlifters take care of the bodies they ask so much from.

These two group pictures show some of the competitors who came through the StretchShops table. The Florida picture? Austin celebrating alongside his fellow strongmen!

Different sports. Different states. One community of Bodywork & Performance.

Caught up with Coach and pro powerlifter Jesse Jester and his lifter Geneka. They talk a little game plan and goals to hit!

Going into this booth lifters came to StretchShops for some bodywork going into this Geneka focusing on upper back, shoulders & quads. Jess focusing on really unlocking his chest for this comp.

Ask any pro they’ll tell you, recover as hard as you train.

I’ll tell you, if you break your body down, build it back up. B it’s that simple.

For pro level bodywork…
