Dance students at Goddard Senior Center bust some moves for their health Attendees are getting more than just a fun evening out of the new dance classes. An expert said some light dancing brings a myriad of benefits.

We are back with our ⭐️SHINING STAR⭐️ series, where we get to feature one of our fabulous students! This month we are featuring Angelina, who has been a regular at our Fit Physique, Haysville Rec and Maize Rec locations, and has been dancing and lifting with us since January 2025! Angelina has also recently added online SHiNE and UPLIFT classes, which she has been enjoying at home! Angelina is such a fun student to have in class. She is always willing to work hard and try new things! We LOVE having her as part of our Wichita crew! 💕💪
