🥋 Judo Shime-Waza: Three Cross-Strangle Variations

A quick visual comparison of three classic Judo choking techniques:
🔹 Nami Juji Jime – Normal Cross Strangle
🔹 Gyaku Juji Jime – Reverse Cross Strangle
🔹 Kata Juji Jime – Half-Cross Strangle

Each variation uses a different hand and palm orientation, making grip positioning an important part of proper technique. Practice only under qualified supervision and always prioritize your partner’s safety.
