ESM Swim Gym

Hi everyone! Just a few updates for the swim gym. First, we will be 𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙮 𝙘𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙙 for maintenance. We’re hoping this will be a quick fix and will let y’all know as soon as we are back up and running!

Second, as of May 1st our prices have increased. The new prices are:

$𝟒𝟖 for a single swim
$𝟒𝟓 per swim when you purchase 5
$𝟒𝟎 per swim when you purchase 10

We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding with these new changes! If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us. See you soon!

How’s everyone’s week going? We have been CRAZY busy over here! I think it’s easy to get overwhelmed when life gets busy but after talking with some other professionals at EquiFest this weekend we were reminded to “𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙠𝙚𝙚𝙥 𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜” quite literally! Cheesecake, but make it healthy 🍰✨ Try this guilt-free cheesecake recipe that’s packed with protein (thanks to cottage cheese & Greek yogurt) and low in sugar (sweetened with maple syrup)! Plus, it’s super easy to make with just 5 ingredients! Ingredients: 1 cup of lactose-free cottage cheese, low-fat 1/4 cup of lactose-free Greek yogurt 2 Tablespoons of sugar-free Maple Syrup 1 large egg Fruit of your choice Blend everything together until smooth, divide between two ramekins and bake for 30 minutes at 350° or until cooked through.
