I took this photo during my first postpartum journey when I was trying to get back into working out, thinking this would be my “before” picture and the start of my transformation. Now here I am 4 years later… after 2 babies, back-to-back C-sections, nursing both babies for about 18 months, and finally feeling like the strongest, newest version of myself again.

Motherhood can make you lose yourself for a while. You spend so much time pouring into your kids and giving everyone else your energy that it’s easy to put yourself last. But you matter too, and making time for yourself matters too. It took me longer than I expected to get here, but I’m proof that you can find yourself again. One step at a time 🤍
