Our program is built around developing happy, healthy athletes—focusing on strong fundamentals, confidence, teamwork, and a positive training environment where gymnasts can thrive both in and out of the gym!

All classes and competitive practices will resume as normal today!

📣 Important Info for Girls 6 & Up Families! 🤸‍♀️

If your gymnast is in the Girls 6 & Up class and plans on participating in the All Club Meet, please call the gym next week and we will see about getting her into a smaller practice group so we can focus on learning and cleaning routines.

Stay afterwards for the Glide Kip Clinic which is from 1:15-2:30pm. Not 4:00 as listed online. Sorry for confusion!
