Guys that are currently in other sports if you want to jump in off season weightlifting your athletics will not count against you. Finish out your season and join us, your attendance will start there and you can still get a shirt.

We’re getting after it this week.

📅 This Weeks Lifting Schedule:• Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday• 3:30 PM• Meet in the weight room

This is an 8 week program designed to build strength, discipline, and consistency heading into the season.

Athletes with perfect attendance will earn a team shirt at the end of the program.

This is not mandatory but if you’re serious about improving, this will benefit you tremendously.

Let’s get to work.
