This mini gong bath + live flute sound healing is a glimpse inside our Floating Sanctuary in Wichita—where sound, water, stillness, and a little bit of magic meet.

There’s something completely different about experiencing a sound bath while floating on water. The vibration of the gong moves through the space, the flute weaves its way in, and for a little while… there’s nowhere else you need to be.

Sometimes mindfulness looks like meditation.

Sometimes it looks like making rice at 6:59 in the morning. 😂🍚

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes at Inner Oasis right now, and lately I’ve been reminded that mindfulness doesn’t have to be another thing we add to our day.

It can be the ordinary things we’re already doing.

Making breakfast. Feeling your feet on the floor. Noticing the sounds around you. Actually being where you are instead of mentally running through the next 37 things on your list.

No elaborate morning routine required.

Just you, the present moment… and apparently, rice. 🌿

What’s one completely ordinary thing that brings you back into the moment?

Fun Friday… on a Saturday, because flexibility. 😂

Yoga is a deep philosophy and practice that extends far beyond the physical body—but one of the fun, simple ways we get to experience its benefits is through everyday mobility.

Like realizing your consistent yoga practice has apparently prepared you to duck walk through a low cave passage. 😂🦆

Strength. Mobility. Balance. Body awareness. All those poses add up—and sometimes you notice it in the most random moments.

The practice is deep. The everyday benefits can also be delightfully practical.

And somehow, seeing Inner Oasis completely opened up makes what’s coming next feel even more real.

Demo is officially behind us, the old layout is gone, and we’re standing inside a blank canvas—ready for the next chapter.

From here, the space starts becoming ours. Rooms will take shape. Studios will begin to feel like studios. The vision we’ve been carrying for so long will slowly become something you can actually walk into.

There’s still plenty happening behind the scenes, but this part feels worth celebrating.
