While we all do the same workout each day, the workout might look a little different for each of us.
This is because we not only use relative intensity to increase capacities, but each workout can be modified to each individual in class. You will ALWAYS have a coach and you will ALWAYS be able to do the workout.

"Every Memorial Day, something unique happens inside CrossFit affiliates around the world.
People gather with a mission.
Tape their hands.
Lace up their shoes.
Write names on whiteboards.
And together, they take on Murph.
For some, it’s their first time.
For others, it’s a tradition years in the making.
But every rep carries the same purpose:
to honor the life and sacrifice of Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy.
Murphy was killed in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005, during Operation Red Wings. He was later awarded the Medal of Honor for his courage and selflessness in combat.
The workout Murph was one of his favorites.
Originally called Body Armor, it became a CrossFit Hero workout in 2005 and has since become one of the most meaningful traditions in the CrossFit community.
1-mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1-mile run
Done together.
Done with purpose.
Done in remembrance.
But Murph was never meant to be about finishing first or doing it unbroken.
It’s about showing up.
For your community.
For the person next to you.
For something bigger than yourself.
That’s what makes Murph different.
It’s not just a workout in CrossFit.
It represents what CrossFit is capable of becoming when challenge, sacrifice, and community come together."
