Happy new year everyone!!!! Few things I’d like for you all to reflect on. Yes I have a gym and I teach and train year round!! This post could be made about “new year, new me!!” Instead, how about what I’ve been reading about. Did you know Moses had a speech impediment? He actually had to have his brother Aaron speak for him!! Do you know he spoke to God, then questioned God and asked “who am I?” Gods simple reply… “who am I?”

Later on this Man, Moses, parted a sea and freed thousands of people!! So much strength once you believe in yourself and have faith!!! Leave thebselt doubt behind you!!!

With the new year and new you motto being thrown around, how about a different mindset. How about maybe “new year, accepting me!!” It’s not that you’re settling. It’s only you’re accepting and recognizing who you are and accepting you can truly do a lot more than what you realize you’re capable of!!
