This program was created for athletes who have been asking to try competitive cheer but aren't quite ready for the time and financial commitment of a traditional full-year All-Star team.

Has your child been asking to try competitive cheer, but you’re not sure you’re ready for the commitment of a full-year team?

Wildcat Cheer’s Half-Season Novice Team was created for exactly that.

Starting this October, athletes get a real introduction to competitive cheer in a fun, supportive environment with a smaller time and financial commitment.

Athletes will learn the fundamentals of competitive cheer, build confidence, make new friends, and experience what it feels like to perform and compete as part of a team.

🚨 MEET COACH NIKKI! 🚨

With more than 25 years in the cheer industry, Coach Nikki has experienced the sport from nearly every angle—as an athlete, coach, program director, and now gym owner.

Her experience spans All-Star, high school, and collegiate cheer, including earning a National Championship in Level 5 Partner Stunting. But her passion for Wildcat goes far beyond competitive accomplishments.

As the founder of Wildcat Cheer, Coach Nikki’s mission is to challenge what the cheer industry can look like.

She believes athletes can be challenged, held accountable, and developed into strong competitors while still training in an environment that supports positive mental health, confidence, and a genuine love for the sport.

At Wildcat, that means prioritizing technique over simply throwing skills, building strong fundamentals and proper progressions, and developing the whole athlete—not just the athlete who steps onto the competition floor.

With a professional background in mental health, Coach Nikki is passionate about helping athletes learn to accept feedback, persevere through difficult moments, support their teammates, become leaders, and understand that failure is part of growth—not a definition of who they are.

Her goal is for Wildcat athletes to leave the program technically stronger, mentally stronger, more confident, and still deeply in love with cheerleading.

Because winning matters. Excellence matters. Expectations matter.

But who our athletes become while pursuing them matters even more. 🤍🩵🐾

🚨 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! 🚨

Wildcat Cheer, help us officially welcome Coach Braelyn to the family! 🤍🩵🐾

We are incredibly excited to have Braelyn joining our Wildcat Cheer coaching staff. She brings 14 years of competitive cheer experience, an accomplished background in the sport, and a passion for taking everything she has learned as an athlete and pouring it into the next generation of cheerleaders.

🥇 Multiple National Championships throughout her cheer career

Cheer has been a huge part of Braelyn’s life, and she is excited to step into coaching and help athletes develop their skills, confidence, and love for the sport.

Outside of the gym, Braelyn loves spending time with her family, traveling, and most importantly, spending time with Jesus. ✝️❤️ She is currently a student at Butler Community College, where she is studying Business Marketing.

We are so excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to see the impact Coach Braelyn will make on our athletes and program.

🚨 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT! 🚨

Wildcat Cheer, help us celebrate Coach K returning for her THIRD season with the Wildcat family! 🤍🩵🐾

We are incredibly excited to have Coach K back on our Wildcat Cheer coaching staff. With nearly 20 years in the sport, she brings extensive competitive experience, technical knowledge, creativity, and a passion for developing confident athletes.

Get to know Coach K:

📣 Nearly 20 years in cheerleading
🏆 NCA Champion — 2019 & 2020
🥇 Summit Champion — 2019
🌎 Worlds Finalist — 4th Place, 2021
🎓 WSU Cheer Rookie of the Year — 2022
📣 Collegiate NCA Competitor — 6th Place, 2023

Coach K is entering her 4th season coaching cheerleading and has coached athletes from Tiny Novice Level 1 through Junior Level 3 in both Prep and Elite divisions. She specializes in stunting and choreography and loves building routines from the ground up, developing athletes’ cheer IQ, and watching them become confident, smart, and adaptable competitors.

As a Wildcat coach, she has already helped lead teams to a 3rd-place finish and Top 10 finish at the 2026 Prep & Rec Grand Nationals.

But for Coach K, coaching goes far beyond skills and scoresheets. One of her favorite parts of the sport is watching a group of athletes become a true team—learning to trust one another, push through hard moments, build each other up, and recognize what they are capable of.

Her coaching philosophy centers around three things: confidence, adaptability, and perseverance.

“I believe I can. I’ll adjust when things change. And I’ll keep going when things get hard.”

Outside of the gym, Coach K earned her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering in December 2025 and works as a Quality Systems Specialist at Viega US. She loves spending time with her fiancé and her kitty Biscuit, watching good shows, hanging out with friends, playing Switch, and fitting in a good book whenever she can. 📚🐱

We are so excited to have Coach K back for another season and can’t wait to see the continued impact she makes on our athletes and program.

We are incredibly excited to have Kennedy joining our Wildcat Cheer coaching staff. She brings 19 years of experience in the sport, an impressive competitive background, and a genuine passion for helping athletes grow both on and off the mat.

Get to know Coach Kennedy:

🏆 14 years of competitive all-star cheer
🎀 2 years of high school cheer
🎓 5 years of collegiate cheer
🥇 Recipient of multiple national titles throughout her all-star and collegiate career

Throughout her cheer career, Kennedy has competed in every position in the sport, giving her a well-rounded understanding of cheerleading from multiple perspectives. She is excited to bring that experience and knowledge to our athletes while helping them develop their skills, build confidence, have fun, and feel supported along the way.

Outside of the gym, Kennedy loves spending time with friends and family—and fun fact: she also owns her own hat business, KensKaps! 🧢
