Not bad, for a dude with a knee replacement!

Speed Tip from Coach Dibbs 🏃‍♂️💨

One of the easiest ways to clean up your running form is with a simple cue: “Cheek to Back Pocket.”

When you sprint or run, your arms should drive from your cheek (face level) straight back to your back pocket. Not across your body. Not flailing around.

Why it matters:

• Strong arm drive = faster legs
• Better rhythm = smoother stride
• Less wasted movement = more speed

Keep your elbows bent, hands relaxed, and drive the elbow back with purpose. Your arms set the tempo for your entire stride.

Next time you run, remember:
Cheek ➡️ Back Pocket. Fast. Controlled. Powerful.

Train with purpose. Move with intention.

If it is to be, it is up to me.

At SHRED LLC (Strong. Healthier. Routines. Each. Day.) we don’t train for clout.
We train for life.

We train fathers who want to keep up with their kids.
Mothers who refuse to slow down.
Athletes who want the edge.
Professionals who are done making excuses.

This isn’t punishment.
It’s just work.

We build:
• Strength that protects your body
• Conditioning that protects your heart
• Discipline that protects your future
• Confidence that changes how you walk into every room

You don’t need hype.
You need structure.
You need accountability.
You need someone who sees what you’re capable of before you do.

At SHRED, we don’t just lift weights.
We lift standards.

Kill comfort on 3…
1… 2… 3… KILL COMFORT.

If you’re ready to choose discipline over doubt —
I’m ready to coach.

Most trainers only show the highlight reel.

The perfect lifts.
The PRs.
The sweat at the end when everyone’s smiling.

But real training?
It’s the coaching in between.
The corrections.
The conversations.
The days when progress looks boring before it looks impressive.

That’s where growth actually happens.
Not in the glamour — in the grind.

If you only chase what looks good, you miss what works.

Show up. Do the work. Trust the process.

SHOW. TELL. DO. 💪

Great coaching isn’t complicated — it’s intentional.

👀 SHOW it
Demonstrate the movement so athletes can see what right looks like.

🗣 TELL it
Simple cues. Clear purpose. Less talking, more understanding.

🏃 DO it
Let them move. Coach in real time. Adjust, reinforce, repeat.

This is how confidence is built.
This is how skills stick.
This is how athletes grow.

At SHRED, we don’t just run workouts — we teach movement.

Fire 🔥 up! 🔥 Bottom Line is…

We don’t just chase speed — we build it.
Bands teach the body how to apply force, stay efficient, and explode on demand.

We don’t use machines… we build them. 💥
Speed is a skill — and we train it with purpose.

Key Benefits:
• Improves upright posture – the front-loaded weight naturally keeps the chest tall
• Teaches core bracing – holding the load forces proper abdominal engagement
• Reinforces squat depth – easier to sit between the hips without collapsing
• Reduces wrist & shoulder stress – no barbell front rack required
• Great for beginners & athletes – builds confidence and clean movement patterns

Why it works as a regression:
You get the benefits of a front squat—core, quads, posture—without the mobility or technical demands of the barbell.

Coach takeaway:

Master the goblet → earn the front squat.
