It is extremely hot out, with that being said please make sure to drink plenty of fluids before coming to the gym. Have a cold refillable bottle with you when you show up for practice. Make sure you can identify your bottle. And this also ensures others do not take your cold water.

Athletes, we kindly request that you sell your remaining tickets as we are nearing the deadline. Please provide the sold tickets to your coaches. For those interested in purchasing tickets but unable to visit the gym, you can use Cashapp to make a payment, and we will complete the tickets on your behalf. The cost is $1 per ticket, with a potential win of up to $300. The winner will be announced on August 11
