Today marks the start of our 2026 Fall Season, and we couldn’t be more excited to see our NSSC players back on the field! We have four teams taking the pitch today, and we’re wishing them all the best as they begin another season of competition, growth, and fun.

⚽ 8U Academy ⚽

Starts this Friday!

Who is the academy for?
The academy is designed for younger players who are getting ready to transition into club soccer or who want to continue developing their skills in a fun, supportive environment.

When does it start?
The first session is this Friday, with sessions running from 5:30–6:30 PM.

Where do we meet?
Meet at the Point Township Recreation Park Upper Fields (Quarry Road off of Ridge Road) and look for Coach Troy and the NSSC coaches.

What should my child wear?
Players should come dressed and ready to play! Cleats and shin guards are required, and we recommend bringing a water bottle.

Does my child need to have soccer experience?
No! The academy is designed to help players develop their skills, learn the game, work with teammates, and have fun.

What will the players do during the academy?
Training will focus on player development, teamwork, and small-sided/intra-squad games.

Who will be coaching the players?
Sessions will be led by current NSSC coaches.

What if we haven’t registered yet?
There is still time to register! Families who haven’t signed up yet are welcome to get registered and join us.

Does the registration fee include a shirt?
Yes, registration includes an NSSC academy shirt for each player. Late registrations may not guarantee a shirt at the start of the academy.

What should my child bring?
Cleats, shin guards, a water bottle, and plenty of energy! ⚽

Good luck to all of our NSSC players as they head back to school! 📚⚽️

We hope everyone has an amazing first day and a fantastic school year filled with learning, new friendships, and plenty of success both in the classroom and on the soccer field.

Our fields may be closed for practice tonight, but that doesn’t mean you still can’t come out to Point Park. Join NSSC at Point Township Police Departments’ National Night Out from 6-8pm. We will be running games for kids to participate in to win some prizes. So swing over to the fields to check the fun!

🍋 Lemonade Day is Saturday! 🍋

Swing by the 2nd Street Playground in Northumberland between 11 AM–4 PM and help us celebrate the 20th Lemonade Day! 🎉

We’re excited to have plenty of NSSC players setting up their own lemonade stands and showing off their entrepreneurial skills. ⚽️🍋

Come out, enjoy the day, support our young entrepreneurs, and grab yourself some delicious lemonade! 🥤

Is your young player ready to take the next step toward club soccer? Our 8U Academy is designed to build skills, confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game—all while having fun!

📅 8-week session starts Friday, August 28th
⏰ 5:30–6:30 PM
📍 Point Park Recreational Park, Northumberland
⚽ Training led by current NSSC coaches
👕 $45 registration includes an NSSC shirt!

Registration must be completed by August 13th to guarantee a shirt at the start of the academy! You can register after this date and still get a shirt, it will just not be guaranteed on the first night.

Another great day representing NSSC! ⚽️

Yesterday, our NSSC teams took the field at the Gary Keister Memorial 4v4 Tournament and competed with tremendous effort, determination, and sportsmanship from the first whistle to the last.

Facing some very talented teams throughout the day, our players rose to the challenge, played hard, supported one another, and proudly represented our club. We couldn’t be more proud of the heart and grit each team displayed.

A huge thank you to all of our players, coaches, families, volunteers, and supporters who spent the day cheering on our teams. Your encouragement and dedication help make days like today so special.

We’d also like to thank the tournament organizers and all of the participating clubs for another outstanding event.

Great job, everyone—we’re proud of you all! ⚽👏

This Saturday, July 25th, NSSC members will be competing on six different teams in the Gary Keister Memorial 4v4 Tournament!

If you’re in the area, stop by the Midd-West Sports Complex and catch a full day of fast-paced soccer action while cheering on our NSSC players.
