We are a full-service bicycle shop with a machine shop on site. I build custom steel frames and forks and do welding and machining.

See Blog entries, the latest bikes, and the raw bikes in progress on my page. Stay tuned for cool rides in my area as well as my seasonal bike shows I'll attend.

You've heard of the phrase, "If you build it, they will come." Well a man wanted to build a plane and saw a bicycle. Actually he noticed how the headset attaches to the fork and rotates and he is putting that concept in a steering mechanism.

A customer of mine recently purchased the blue bike pictured here so I brought up my own track bike to show him. Coincidentally, I made the blue one in California but he bought it from a guy in PA.

A customer of mine broke his vintage Tommasini ruining his weekend outing. The horizontal dropout cracked apart along the adjustment screw area, broke the rear derailleur and rendering the frame useless. The dropout was originally brazed and special to Tommasini so I did not want to remove it. After a year of contemplation, I decided to cut off the bad stuff, fabricate a partial replacement and TIG weld it on. Now Gary has 2 stories to tell and the pleasure of riding his bike again.

Here's a fun Winter project. A customer came to me with custom-made stainless dropouts and asked me to install them on a vintage Schwinn Sierra. He also asked to braze plates on the outside, and ream his fork race and headtube to accept modern 1" headsets.

Here's a bike that was just re-purchased and the owner sent me this pic. I made this around 2002. Looks pretty good!

The Cadillac Cruiser is out the door. This was a unique project for a gentleman who want to cruise. Upright riding position, 11 speed internal rear hub gearing with electronic shifting. Dropper post and comfort, comfort, comfort!

Here is a fork I built. Interestingly it takes Paul Racer brakes and allows for massive tire and fender clearance. Pacenti crown, Columbus SL fork blades and stainless drops. Made to fit an existing front rack.
