A huge thank you to everyone who came out to our Trunk or Treat today at Good Tree MMA in Wilkes-Barre!

It was great seeing so many families, kids, and friends from the community come together for an afternoon of Halloween fun!

A special thank you to everyone who helped organize, decorate, hand out candy, and make today possible.

At Good Tree MMA, we’ve always believed that we’re more than just a gym. We’re a community for our community, and events like today are a perfect reminder of that.

🥧 Thanksgiving pies are next!

🎄 And before you know it, we’ll be surrounded by Christmas cookies, holiday dinners, and all our favorite foods!

💪 Here’s your reminder: You can enjoy every bit of it without throwing away all the hard work you’ve put into yourself.

Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t mean missing out on the things you love. It’s about finding balance, building better habits, and staying consistent.

Have the pizza. Eat the pie. Enjoy the holidays with your family and friends.

Just remember, a few meals won’t ruin your progress, but letting a few meals turn into three months of bad habits certainly can.
