Had a great night at Rusted Star Ranch for their jackpot series! Both boys showed up and gave what I asked of them.

Moonwalking Badger "Rowdy" listened super well and gave me a little speed when I asked him. But he killed it with the sled roping!

Gunsmokes Feature "Banjo" absolutely held his own with in the Open Division today against some really incredible competition!

The first rodeo of the season is officially in the books! The Wicomico Fair is always a good time but it was a wet time this year!

The boys and I had a great time at Kindred Spirit Farm, LLC. with Mrs Katie doing a full day rodeo prep practice. We worked on barrels, pole bending, goat tying, and some roping!

After a well deserved month and a half break, Gunsmokes Feature "Banjo" came out for a little Millville Acres Arena jackpot action as he slow rolls his way back into competition shape. We had a little hiccup on our barrel run but still finished clean earning us 3rd in the Open 3D. Poles was okaaaay but we have some work to do to get back on our game. We finished 2nd in the Open 1D but a clipped pole cost us in the Youth.

The 2025-26 MDHSRA Season is a wrap! I came into this season with the only goal to get better each rodeo. With having Gunsmokes Feature "Banjo" taking on the full load starting the 2nd half of the season, I just wanted to expose him to the rodeo life and get him more comfortable each run!

Banjo & I ended the season 3rd Overall JH Cowgirl in Pole Bending & Goat Tying, Qualifying us for the National Junior High Finals Rodeo. We also finished 5th overall in Barrel Racing.
