⚽️ INTRODUCING AP FOUNDATIONS 🦈

Where the journey begins.

We’re excited to launch AP Foundations — the first step in our player development pathway, designed specifically for boys and girls ages 4–5.

At this age, we believe a player’s first experience with soccer matters.

AP Foundations creates a fun, engaging environment where young players can fall in love with the ball and the game while developing the foundations that will help them progress.

Expect lots of touches, lots of play and lots of opportunities to explore — with ball mastery, technical activities, 1v1s and plenty of 3v3 small-sided soccer. Players will be encouraged to be creative, make decisions, solve problems and, most importantly, have fun.

🦈 One beginning. Two pathways.
AP Foundations is open to boys and girls. Boys can continue their development through the Tidewater Sharks player pathway, while through our partnership with Virginia Reign FC, girls can continue into the Reign Academy beginning at age 6.

Leading the program will be Hayden Bright, one of our Tidewater Sharks Elite coaches and a former college player. Hayden has a passion for technical development and creating an environment where young players can learn, explore and love the game.

Our goal is simple:

Every player should leave happy, confident and excited to come back. 💙

A weekend to remember for the Sharks! 🦈⚽️

Tournament weekends are about so much more than the final score.

We had a little bit of everything — weather challenges, cancellations, schedule adjustments, plenty of adversity… and then a beautiful Sunday ☀️ filled with soccer.

Through it all, our players competed, adapted, supported each other and made memories that will last far beyond this weekend — both on and off the field.

And we brought some hardware back to Williamsburg! 🏆

Labor Day Weekend = Sharks on the road! 🦈⚽️

From Williamsburg ➡️ Richmond ➡️ Charlottesville, our Sharks teams will be competing across Virginia at the Blue Ridge Cup and Virginia Cup this weekend.
