The district serves about 4,900 students in a family-friendly community. We provide the most comprehensive offerings in course selections, academic support programs, interventions, athletics, fine arts programs and school activities in the region. WASD as been consecutively recognized as one of the Best Communities for Music Education for more than a decade and as an Outstanding Visual Arts Community. We're a leader in Career and Technical Education, providing 14 programs with industry-recognized credentials verifying skill attainment. Please join us in congratulating seniors Colyn Jandrisavitz and Isabella Thompke, who have been selected to represent the Class of 2027 as Mr. and Miss Millionaire!

Chosen by their classmates and faculty, Colyn and Isabella will represent the spirit, pride, and tradition of Williamsport Area High School throughout the 2026–27 school year.

We are excited to see all they will bring to the role and can't wait to watch them lead, get involved and make their mark as this year's Mr. and Miss Millionaire!

A Huge Shoutout to Your Building Centers for stopping by the WAHS with a surprise for our students! Thank you to James Strattman, General Manager of YBC Williamsport and Matt Diggan, YBC Outside Sales for their incredible support of the WAHS Construction Trades Program. 🔴⚪🚧

YBC donated over $20,000 worth of electrical and tile materials to the CTE Construction Trades Program at WAHS. These materials give our students valuable opportunities to work with real-world products and gain hands-on experience that will prepare them for careers in the construction industry.

We truly appreciate Matt, James, and the entire YBC team for investing in our students and their futures. 🎩🎊
