The little and super ninjas were locked in watching candidates class last night.

This is what our school is all about. The younger students get to grow up around strong role models and see firsthand the hard work, focus, respect, and dedication it takes to become a black belt.

One day they’ll be in those spots too, and the next group of ninjas will be watching them.

Here in Williamstown at Garaguso Karate, the games and drills we use are designed for much more than just fun. Every activity helps children build important life skills like listening, focus, organization, self-control, and confidence.

For kids ages 3–12 specifically, martial arts becomes a foundation for success both in and out of the training room. Following directions during drills improves classroom listening skills. Practicing routines teaches organization and discipline. Working through challenges builds patience, resilience, and problem-solving abilities and we are able to do this in age appropriate classes (3-6, 7-12, 13 & above),

While self-defense is an important part of training, character development is at the heart of what we do. We strive to help children become respectful, focused, confident students at school, supportive friends, and responsible leaders at home and in their communities.
