This tattoo magazine is where it all started. I ordered my first tattoo kit from these pages, received my Spalding & Rogers kit, the instruction booklet, and even a T-shirt that said “tattoo artist” in chopstick lettering. Looking back, it’s ridiculous — but that magazine started my path. 32 years later, I’m still living it. Thank you,

Rat-a-tat-tat! Get down!

Thank you to all my clients that give me the freedom to allow me to do the things that I do best. First leave of visionary art client gave full freedom. Plus a whole bunch of start projects still to come It’s been a fun past two weeks. Life should not be a journey to the grave with intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather skid in broadside and a cloud of smoke thoroughly used up totally worn out and loudly proclaiming wow what a ride. Turns out when you forget what day it is for two weeks you end up with this. Good start to the beginning of the year. Burning pirate ships and message in the bottle, Predator fill-in, graffiti names, hibiscus cover-up, Leo zodiac, tribal cover-up with hibiscus flowers and snake, Marilyn Monroe with misfit skull, skeleton with poison bottle cover-up, sword and wings, winged serpent, labyrinth door knocker, portrait of clients parents.
