Thank you for letting me share my passion and my mission.
At 30, I left everything I knew. A new country. A new culture. A language barrier that made me feel completely invisible.
I had been a nurse; it was my identity, my purpose, my ground, and suddenly, all of it was gone. I felt lost. Alone. Disconnected from myself in a way I had never known before.

What followed was 30 years of rising. Rebuilding, learning, evolving, and ultimately thriving, finding my way back to myself, again and again and again.
I built a life full of love and soul alignment, marriage, two amazing children, a dog, a bird, and a coaching business that lights me up every single day.
I reclaimed my nursing degree. And I kept going.
Certifications as a holistic practitioner, Yoga, dance, and meditation teacher. Somatic therapy. Women's circle facilitation. Mindset and Jungian life coaching. Saboteur coaching. and Human design.
Not because I was chasing credentials, but because I was chasing wholeness and guiding others.
🌹 And for the past three decades, I have had the profound honor of helping thousands of women do the same: authenticity, self-acceptance, and the quiet power of showing up fully.
