Fridays are for wrestling

Following the model we started with track and field, these wrestling classes aim to bring the sport of wrestling to kids in a fun way. Kids will learn the rules of the sport, practice drills, and simulate competitions all in an engaging atmosphere.

Fridays - 11/14, 11/21, 11/28, 12/5, 12/12, 12/19
7-12 year olds: 5:40-6:25PM
4-6 year olds: 6:30-7:10PM

What to bring: wrestling shoes are optional. Kids will be provided grip socks to wear each week if they do not have wrestling shoes. Also bring a filled water bottle.

Who thinks they can beat ‘em? We’ll plan a 3 meet series of pacer tests this winter. Youth records will be challenged every week of summer camp. 👀

That’s a wrap! Our youth wrestling program just finished an awesome 6-week session. Huge thanks to the parents who trusted us in our very first go at this.

We’re excited to bring this program back in August, and over time we’d like to grow it into something bigger, with a club team, clinics, open mat time, and more. Stay tuned!
