To our instructors and front desk crew: you are the soul of this studio. The energy, care, laughter, and intention you bring every single day make this space what it is. Watching everyone come together—sharing personal goals, supporting one another, and showing up authentically—reminded us why this community is so special.
And because this is our crew… we couldn’t talk goals until we brought back the Harlem Shake in front of our Buffalo Bills–themed cinematic screen 🏈💃🕺 Pure joy. Pure chaos. Pure us.
Thank you for holding space, creating connection, and making this studio feel like home—for our members and for each other. We are so lucky to do this work alongside you.

A Week Later & Still Riding the High
We are overflowing with gratitude after our BREATHE Yoga Studio Grand Opening! Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate, support, and experience our new space with us. Seeing the studio filled with so much love, energy, and community was everything we dreamed of and more.
From the incredible vibes provided by our DJ, to keeping us well-fed with his amazing bread, meatballs, and charcuterie spreads, to clinking glasses of Prosecco and refreshing aloe shots 🥂—the night was truly unforgettable. Add in the exclusive merch discounts and the joy of connecting with so many familiar and new faces, and it was pure magic.
We are so grateful to everyone who stopped by to check out the space, share kind words, and support this vision. Breathe is officially OPEN, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring this beautiful, welcoming space to Buffalo.
Here’s to movement, connection, community, and everything that’s to come. We can’t wait to welcome you back on the mat! Don’t forget to order your espresso beverage on the way into class, so it will be ready for you when you come out!
