Thanks to all our amazing families who have been dropping off items for our community outreach for Chill Out for Tori- making sensory boxes for kids with Autism. We have a goal to provide 150 boxes but we can’t do it without your help.
Visit our Amazon wishlist and grab an item or two and drop off next Monday at airborne - deadline to turn in items is Mon Sept 28th

On Sat Oct 3rd at 11:00am we will be inviting all the airborne athletes to join us in putting the boxes together , hearing from Tori’s mom about why she started this foundation and we will all learn from a licensed SLP - what Autism is, what it looks like for the child that has it and how we can all be better friends to those with autism .

For every item your child turns in they will get their name in for a drawing for a prize to be handed out at our tourney on Sat Oct 10th ( minis drawing will be at Mondays practice Oct 12 )

Airborne Families. -you are invited to join us this Tuesday Sept.15th at Conroe High School. Our Director, Coach Ty would love to see you there! Game starts at 5:30pm.
Gate fee: ( cash only )
$3 for adults / $2 for students ( 5 and under are free )

Parking: Take Wilson Rd & turn in by Moorehead Stadium.

Monday vibes ! Our athletes donating items for sensory boxes for autistic children and a whole lot of smiles when I said “ Who has made a friend ?” … and don’t I feel special - when I asked who wants to be my friend I got a large group hug - BEST families , best athletes and best of times at AirBorne Volleyball

Fall Session parents - you will receive a more detailed informational email this week about our High School and College game day matches that we hope you will attend with us. Attending these games is optional but we’d love to have all our families in attendance.

We are inviting all our AirBorne families past & present to be a part of this important community outreach. We are partnering with the Chill Out for Tori Foundation to supply sensory boxes to kids with Autism.

The founder of Chill Out for Tori is former AirBorne Coach
( Nessa Irving )- Nessa's daughter Tori has autism and I love that Nessa wanted to do something for all kids with autism.

Go to our Amazon wishlist page and grab an item ( starting as low as $7 ) - bring by The Core Sportsplex Gym any Monday night in September to drop off. Our goal is to make 150-175 boxes to be handed out in our community for those with autism.
( we are only accepting the items off our wishlist or cash donations for us to purchase- please do not drop off "items" you think we "might want" as these boxes have been thoughtfully put together with items needed and we do not want to add or take away from what is on the amazon wishlist- thank you for understanding )

We are thankful to have Payton Yates, M.S., CCC-SLP working with us to ensure we have boxes that will truly benefit the children that receive them.

Also, if family members want to donate- you can let Coach Irvine know to give "credit" to a current athlete in the gym as their name gets placed in for prize drawings for every donation made in their name.
