Vermont Senior Games event showcases strength training benefits for older adults A powerlifting competition in Williston brought dozens of participants older than 40 to the gym, with senior powerlifters hoping to inspire generational strength.

Come out Friday, April 10th to The Old Lantern Events Barn for a fun and energetic evening of line dancing as we raise money for our local children’s hospital. ❤️
🕔 Doors open at 5 PM for dinner, bar service & raffle ticket sales
💃 Line dancing instruction begins at 6 PM (a mix of instructions and open dance all night for all skill levels)
🎟️ Raffle winners drawn at 8 PM
