Yesterday we traded golf carts for a boat and took our amazing WIG staff out on the Green Lake Boat Cruise as a small thank you.

These are the people who keep WIG running, put up with our crazy ideas, and somehow still show up with a smile. They’ve become more than employees—they’ve become family.

We couldn’t do what we do without every one of them, and we’re incredibly grateful for all the hard work and dedication they put in.

No meetings. No golf lessons. No cleaning. Just good people, good laughs, and hopefully nobody falling off the boat. Except for maybe a pair of sunglasses
