✨ A little reset, a little refresh… and some new energy coming your way! ✨
Petra is currently working on her new class schedule, with new classes, different times, and a few fresh things we’re excited to bring to our community. 🌿
Petra’s classes are cancelled until the new schedule is announced. We’re hoping to have her new schedule ready and restart her classes by mid-September.
✨ Mary Beth’s classes will continue as scheduled — so you can still join her classes during this transition!
Thank you so much for your patience, understanding, and continued support. 🤍 We’re taking a little time to create a schedule that feels good and works well for our community.
We’re excited for this fresh start and all the new things coming!

Hi everyone! 💕 Just a little update — unfortunately, I’m going to cancel Yin Yoga today at 5:30 PM due to low attendance.
I completely understand that summer weekends can get pretty busy, with vacations, family, travel, and so many things going on. ☀️🌸 I’m grateful for everyone who continues to make time for yoga and for this little community we’re creating together.
Enjoy this beautiful summer evening, take some time to relax, breathe, and enjoy yourself. 🧘‍♀️✨ I hope to see you all on the mat soon! ❤️

Unfortunately, I need to cancel today's Yin Yoga class at 5:30 PM due to another commitment that has come up. Thank you so much for your understanding!

✨ Friday's classes are both still on as scheduled:
• 6:00 AM – Rise & Shine Yoga
• 4:30 PM – Happy Hour Yoga
I'd love to see you at either class!
As a little bonus, I'll also be offering an extra Yin Yoga class this Sunday from 4:15–5:30 PM, just before the Sound Bath. It's the perfect way to unwind, gently stretch, and prepare your body and mind for a deeply relaxing evening.
