Hounds Off-Season Week One Saturdays: 18u Softball, 14u Softball, 16u Baseball Sundays: 17u Baseball - 2 Teams, 15u Baseball Mondays: 13u Baseball, 10u Baseball, 14u Baseball - 2 Teams Team training sessions once a week till end of February. Main goal is to build all the general qualities and movement patterns needed to be an overall athlete. We sprint, jump, lift weights in our basic movement patterns, and compete. Grabbing our 10 yard dashes every week to track progress. Upping weights or reps. Pushing intensity. Was a lot of fun and excited to work with these groups.

Hounds 11U Black advance to WSBL semifinals with 11-3 win over Lemont lightning. Hounds are 9-2 on the season. Way to go Hounds!!

Hounds 14U - Aaron win the Carol Stream Park District Travel Baseball Championship in walk off fashion!

Congrats to the 16u Hounds Grein/Ordman Combined Fall Ball team for taking home the hardware in the Team Exposure "Northside Showcase" Tournament. Fall ball is about getting work in, but going undefeated and only letting up 1 run all tournament is a good start! Nice job boys!

Congrats to the 15u Hounds (Grein) for going 6-0 and winning the “Around the Horn” tournament at Carthage in Kenosha!

The boys dominated all 4 days scoring 37 runs and only giving up 9! They earned the #1 seed and took care of business in eliminations on Saturday and Sunday!

Hounds Fastpitch Tryout Reminder

Both the 15u (Grein) and 16u (Dinkel) Hounds had the honor of being part of the first tournament weekend at the Crossroads Sports Complex in New Lenox for the PG Tournament. Incredible facility and there is so much more to be built there.

It was great to represent what the New Lenox Park District as well as the Village of New Lenox has invested in for teams to play for YEARS to come! It's going to be fun watching is get bigger and bigger.
