Rotating them isn't fussiness — it's load management. Each surface asks the body to absorb something different, and stacking a hard-floor routine day on top of a heavy conditioning block is a different ask than either one alone.

When an athlete comes to me hurt, the first question is what changed in the last eight to twelve weeks. The first answer is always "nothing." It never is.

Five routines became seven. Ten in a row started taking fifteen attempts. She added soccer on the weekend. That's the answer, and it only exists if somebody wrote it down.
