From a great defensive effort by our back line and midfielders to hold them off to no goals, to a great offensive effort by our strikers, a banger of a goal, and this ROCKET both by Damian Placencia, we take the win 2-0 over Colusa! 🅿️🅿️🅿️

First win of the season vs Anderson! Final score: 5-2

Willows stats
1 Goal from Jael Bibriesca off a rebound in the box after a corner in the first half. 2 Goals by Damian Placencia. Both were rockets from inside the 18 in the second half. 1 header from Edwin Salazar off a shot that hit the post initially, then Edwin came in and cleaned up shop with that header in the second half. 1 goal by Alejandro Jimenez from a one touch shot that came off an assist also in the second half. 8 crucial saves by David Ortega with an awesome 1v1 save in the first half to keep the score level which helped our momentum going into the second half.

Great win boys! Let's keep this momentum going and keep up the hard work!
