BKS race #4….practice day 🏎️🏁

Haven’t posted much this year of Dylan Witgen racing but wanted to give Miller Brothers Excavating inc. a huge Thank You for the sponsor! Dylan has attended 3 of the 4 Buckeye Karting Series . This past weekend I raced the Buckeye Karting Series in Wilmington, Ohio and boy did she rain. Saturday I killed practice in the rain…Sunday was a whole other story. I didn’t get any practice, qualifying or heats in the KA because we couldn’t keep the kart running. Finally got the KA running for the feature so of course I started last but pulled off 2nd place! As far as the 206 goes, she just didn’t have the speed or power to keep up…time for rebuild and valve check. Thanks Scott for working on the karts literally all day Sunday. This weekend I will be at East Lansing kart track for the championship. 🏁🏁🏁

Spent Saturday at East Lansing Kart Track. Killed it with a clean sweep taking 🥇in the KA. Got in a tangle up in heat 1 with the 206 which resulted in a bent chassis.

This past weekend I raced the Buckeye Karting Series in Fremont. It was a solid race weekend 🏁🏎️ I finished 2nd in KA and 6th in 206. This weekend I raced my 206 in Pitsburg, Pennsylvania for Cup Karts North America Summer Nationals. First national race…55 karts. I started off the weekend with decent speed but hooked another karts bumper in heat 2. This landed me in LCQ…accepting top 4. I made the cut into the feature. Started the feature 43/44 finishing 26th! 🏁

Spent the weekend racing Route 66 in New Castle. Friday was practice with Saturday being practice, qualifying and heat 1. Bought a new pipe for the KA and made some set up changes placing me 19/38. By time Sunday came I got caught up in a unavoidable wreck in heat 2. Ended up with a 7 position push back penalty. By time everything was done and said I started and finished the feature in 25th. Overall I had a good weekend. It feels so good to be back at the track doing what I love🏁🏎️
