Almost the weekend TGIF -- Fri 07/25 7:30 am SUP with Katie Mermaid at Surf City Jet Ski & Watersports . How about 9am at Pineapple Studio Downtown Wilmington or 6pm at You Matter Fitness with Amanda Hot Yoga Power hour. Weekend is brewery time Sat 07/26 10 am with Lauren Alivia at Salty Turtle Beer Company or 10am at Topsail Island Brewing with Tenille.
