Wednesday’s are our off day, but we offer an optional open mat. Gym is open 9am - 7pm for our athletes to come in and get an extra workout if they choose.
These guys showed up this morning to get an extra lift, now getting extra individual work with two D1 athletes in the room to answer questions and work through positions.
Those who put in the extra time get extraordinary results.
