Our summer schedule is now in effect!
Monday: No evening yoga class.
Tuesday: Gentle Flow Yoga at 9:30 AM; Meditation & Sound Bath at 6:00 PM.
Wednesday: Chair Yoga at 9:30 AM; Gentle Yoga at 6:00 PM;1st & 3rd Wed Broga - yoga for men at 7:15pm
Sunday: Vinyasa Flow at 10:00 AM on most Sundays.
⨠Thai bodywork sessions are available most days, including Mondays. Contact us to schedule your session.
We look forward to practicing with you this summer!
