1) Pause Squat: 3x8

2) Romanian Deadlift: 3x10

3a) DB Rev Lunge: 3x10/leg
3b) Russian Twist: 3x12/side

4a) Single-Leg Leg Curl: 3x12/leg
4b) Hollow Body Hold: 3x20sec

- [ ] Key to fat loss is adherence. The plan must be realistic to sustain fat loss and maintain and keeping it off long term. I’m going to break down when to use diet breaks so you don’t make the most common mistake when being in a caloric deficit.

Use mini diet breaks when you are experiencing the following ⬇️
1. If you are in a caloric deficit for too long.
2. If you plan on getting lean and sustaining it.
3. If you need a psychological break
4. If training intensely your recovery is a must to make sure your nutrition is up to par to repair.
5. If you are having the urge to binge and craving foods you love.
6. For women during your menstrual cycle you need to increase carbs to help with reducing the amount of cortisol that is remaining elevated so once your done your phase weight will drop back to in range.

Note: Diet breaks are to work great around 3-7 days depending on the deficit percentage. By bringing your calories to maintenance level while still maintaining your exercises.

Yo-yo dieting is all to common with pretty much every demographic from Susan down the street to Physique competitors.

Not only is it hard on you mentally, but it also has lifelong effects on the body that will make all future fat loss endeavors just that much harder.

Many “dieters” get caught in the cycle of gaining weight ➡️getting upset with yourself ➡️dieting hard as possible along with adding in massive amounts of exercise➡️losing weight ➡️not being able to sustain that lifestyle that got them there ➡️then gaining the weight and likely more back.

And they just set that on repeat.

This takes a hard toll on you inside and out.
