In honor of Memorial Day, our gym will be closed Monday as we remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. 🇺🇸

Members in good standing will still have 24/7 access to the facility. A few members will also be coming in around 9 AM to complete the Murph if anyone would like to join them!! 💪🏼

Stephenie will be coming into do a Spin class from 9:30-10:15! No guest or drop in fee. This is perfect for members wanting to try spin and bring a friend!!🥰
