What a ride the last three years has been…. Three years that has been full of incredible memories!

I have often said that opening a gym in an area where I knew no one, I had no idea who would walk thru the door. Well silly me, because God is always in control and working for our good! How so? Because He brought incredible people into SeaCoast - whether an athlete, a drop-in or an athlete who attended one of our competitions! I heard a lot of “thank you’s” tonight but what you don’t realize is I am grateful for each of YOU!!

And I gotta give a very special Thank You to the SeaCoast coaches, our social media guru, and our t-shirt design guru! I can’t say I’ve worked with a better team than you all!

Wear a Pair, Share a Pair! A fun morning that made a difference this holiday season! Dressed in PJ’s, we conquered a partner workout and everyone brought new PJ’s that will be donated to ! This nonprofit gives new PJ’s to kiddos in need!

Join us on Saturday, November 30th! Wear your coziest PJ’s and bring a new pair to donate! It’s a workout that makes a difference!

PajamaJams, founded in 2008, is dedicated to providing new pajamas to children in need!

CrossFit is for EVERYONE! It doesn’t matter your age or experience. CrossFit can be scaled to every individual! And what’s even more awesome, it will enhance every person’s life in so many ways! Give it up for these three amazing ladies, aka The Golden Girls! They come in regularly and jam and boy does it bring a smile to everyone’s face!
