Hi Friend,

Thanks to all those that attended class Saturday and heard the news. I am writing to let the rest of you know that yoga The Flip Zone will be on pause for the foreseeable future. I am and need some time and "space" to get acquainted with my new area.

I have appreciated your patronage over the years, but most importantly your friendship and the community you've cultivated at our Flip Zone yoga experiences. You are all VIP's in my life and I am grateful for getting to share in your yoga practice.

I hope to have information in the fall/winter on whether or not we can continue back up, or if you know of anyone that is interested in sharing yoga at the Flip Zone on Saturdays- please reach out and let me know.
